Key Responsibilities

Lead team of engineers in London, managing 1:1s, performance cycles, and technical scope expansion

Oversee platform growth from initial release to scalable, validated product across diverse vehicle types

Own experiment control, fleet orchestration, and over-the-air deployment systems for autonomous driving models

Ensure self-service experimentation capabilities for research teams without platform bottlenecks

Scale data collection, logging, and offload systems for new vehicle integrations and OEM partnerships

Define and maintain team mission, roadmap, and quarterly plans while tracking delivery and field issues

Serve as primary liaison for partner engineering teams, program managers, and OEM customers

Stay technically capable by reviewing code, guiding architecture, and resolving technical blockers

Build operational model for platform releases, support rotations, on-call, and observability metrics

Lead hiring, onboarding, and team growth as platform adoption expands

Technical Skills Required
