Key Responsibilities

Take end-to-end ownership of a critical stage in the engineering lifecycle (e.g., reliability, security, data, quality, or architecture)

Define and enforce standards for quality, performance, safety, and effectiveness within your specialization

Identify and implement AI/agentic workflows to improve engineering processes and outcomes

Build and deploy shared tools/platforms adopted across engineering teams to enhance productivity

Measure and drive improvements in reliability, security, data quality, delivery speed, and customer time-to-value

Partner with leadership to prioritize work based on measurable business and customer impact

Influence technical decisions through evidence-based recommendations and cross-functional collaboration

Establish safe, observable, and auditable AI integration approaches in engineering workflows
