Key Responsibilities

Own the full hiring lifecycle, from outbound sourcing to signed offers

Design recruiting scorecards, interview processes, and sourcing strategies

Proactively identify and engage passive candidates using modern AI sourcing tools

Support light HR operations including onboarding, benefits, and immigration processes

Build and eventually manage a recruiting team

Partner directly with CEO, CTO, and executive leadership on critical hires

We're partnering with a Series A, $15M-funded AI startup that's reinventing how global enterprises run their finance operations through autonomous AI agents.

Already serving billion-dollar enterprises, they're scaling from ~40 to 90+ employees over the next 12 months — and need a high-agency Talent Acquisition leader to build and own their recruiting engine.

This isn't a role where you inherit a polished recruiting function. You'll build it, own it, and scale it.
