Key Highlights

Own backend services for Plaud’s Developer Platform (REST APIs, SDKs, CLI, MCP server, and developer console)

Ensure production-grade reliability with multi-tenancy, idempotency, backward-compatible API versioning, and compliance (SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA)

Key Responsibilities

Drive end-to-end feature development from scoping to production, including backend implementation and minimal UI development with AI assistance

Build and operate developer-facing REST APIs (ASR/TTS, file upload, async job processing), webhooks, and authentication systems

Develop and maintain developer tooling (server SDKs, API documentation, CLI, and MCP server) for seamless integration

Ensure platform production-grade with multi-tenancy, idempotency, backward-compatible API versioning, and compliance (SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA)

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (device, voice AI, consumer-app, SRE) to deliver cross-system features

Use AI coding agents daily for planning, implementation, testing, and code review while maintaining critical judgment over edge cases
