Key Responsibilities

Embed with a business function to analyze systems, data, and workflows for AI automation opportunities

Design AI solutions including architecture, data flows, agent logic, and integration points with ERP, Power BI, HR, and planning systems

Develop AI agents and automations using Claude API, Claude Code, Python, or TypeScript, ensuring production readiness

Integrate AI tools with enterprise systems via APIs, data pipelines, and connectors while handling messy, multilingual data

Ship weekly incremental releases, gather user feedback, and iterate on AI solutions

Build evaluation sets, regression tests, and quality thresholds for AI agents before deployment

Monitor deployed solutions for uptime, errors, alerts, and model spend control

Ensure security compliance with access control, secrets management, and data protection protocols

Train business owners and champions, document runbooks, and create reusable AI components for team-wide use
