Take end-to-end ownership of a critical stage in the engineering lifecycle (e.g., reliability, security, data, quality, deployment, or architecture)

Define standards and success metrics for your domain, ensuring high engineering quality and measurable outcomes

Identify and implement AI/agentic workflows to improve processes like incident detection, testing, security reviews, and deployments

Establish safe, observable, and auditable AI integration approaches within engineering workflows

Develop shared tools, platforms, and practices adopted across engineering teams to enhance speed, safety, and effectiveness

Measure adoption impact of tools/platforms and align technical decisions with business/customer outcomes

Collaborate with leadership to prioritize initiatives based on measurable customer and business value

Influence technical direction and establish standards across multiple engineering teams

Provide technical guidance to leadership through clear communication and evidence-based recommendations

Continuously improve systems, practices, and workflows within your domain
