Lead the iteration of Wayve’s L2 driving model to enhance hands-free driving performance

Own changes to data recipes, model architecture, evaluation, and release readiness for production

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve model-vehicle interface challenges

Act as a hands-on developer, writing Python code and running experiments alongside team leadership
