Partner with Data Engineering to integrate testing early in the development lifecycle and lead defect resolution processes

Establish metrics to track testing coverage, automation progress, defects, and overall data quality

Mentor and develop a team of four QA professionals while maintaining hands-on engagement in complex testing efforts
