Key Responsibilities

Provide responsive technical support for Mac hardware, macOS, applications, and peripherals for in-office and remote employees

Administer Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom, including user permissions, settings, and troubleshooting

Manage employee access via Okta, handling onboarding, offboarding, SSO, and MFA

Maintain Zoom Rooms and conference room hardware (including Neat devices) for seamless meeting operations

Create and update troubleshooting guides, employee resources, and internal procedures in Notion

Order, configure, deploy, track, and maintain the laptop fleet (repairs, replacements, inventory, and equipment recovery)

Support employee onboarding/offboarding to ensure timely access and equipment readiness

Track and resolve IT support requests while identifying recurring issues to improve processes

Prioritize competing requests and work independently to resolve technical problems

Technical Skills Required
