Re-architect calling infrastructure and standardize interactions with providers
Develop dashboards and tooling for observability and reliability monitoring of calling performance
Build and ship new features (e.g., URL unfurling, custom transcript summaries, group messaging)
Own end-to-end projects with support from senior engineers, increasing ownership over time
Enhance existing features, fix bugs, and improve documentation for calling, messaging, voicemail, and transcription
Write and maintain tests (Vitest, Playwright) and ensure safe delivery through CI/CD pipelines
Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to deliver scalable solutions
