Key Responsibilities
Set clear product goals by translating company strategy into measurable cloud outcomes and aligning them with team roadmaps
Stay close to customers through continuous feedback loops (usage data, support, competitive research) to identify pain points and opportunities
Prioritize aggressively by evaluating build/buy/integrate options, making commercial cases, and adjusting priorities based on evidence
Evaluate target users, demand, differentiation, pricing, and packaging to drive adoption and revenue growth
Build and lead the product team, shaping product management processes and driving organizational change
Collaborate with engineering to sequence releases, manage dependencies, and mitigate risks during delivery
Improve the entire customer journey from discovery to deployment, monitoring, and spend control
Leverage AI tools and agentic workflows to enhance research, analysis, and communication
Track and assess outcomes using adoption, retention, usage, and revenue metrics
Technical Skills Required
