Key Responsibilities

Create contextual nudges and lifecycle communications across mobile, web, email, SMS, and push notifications.
Develop content strategies that connect education with relevant moments in the member journey.
Explore engaging approaches to learning, including interactive content, progress-based experiences, and gamification.
Partner with UX, Research, Product, Marketing, Analytics, and subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
Build and maintain a scalable educational content library and reusable content frameworks.
Use member research, engagement analytics, and experimentation to measure content effectiveness and improve outcomes.
Leverage AI-assisted writing and research tools to accelerate content development while maintaining quality.
