Key Responsibilities
Map and engage elite talent from Tier 1 tech hubs and companies worldwide through thoughtful outreach.
Implement and utilize an AI-first recruitment stack including AI agents and niche technical communities.
Maintain long-term relationships with passive global talent to anticipate future hiring needs.
Manage the full candidate journey from discovery call to final close to ensure a world-class experience.
Conduct structured interviews to assess technical aptitude and cultural alignment.
Collaborate with founders and team leads to improve hiring workflows and remove friction.
Contribute to employer branding initiatives to position the company as a top destination for AI talent.
