Key Responsibilities
Own the end‑to‑end hiring funnel including posting, sourcing, screening, scheduling, offers and handover to onboarding
Run outbound candidate sourcing on LinkedIn and local Dubai talent communities
Maintain an up‑to‑date candidate board with stages, next steps and dates
Manage external agency relationships, using them only as exceptions
Participate as second interviewer for roles being filled, including with team leads
Track and report on hiring metrics such as time‑to‑fill and probation success rates
