Key Responsibilities
Own the full recruiting lifecycle for technical roles, from sourcing through offer negotiation.
Partner closely with engineering leadership to understand hiring needs, technical requirements, and team culture.
Source and engage world-class engineering talent using advanced sourcing strategies, including Boolean searches, GitHub, Stack Overflow, X, in-person events, and other creative channels.
Build and maintain strong pipelines across backend, full-stack, infrastructure, and other technical roles.
Help grow and establish EliseAI’s engineering presence in SF through local networking, events, and community engagement.
Lead candidate outreach, conduct prescreening calls, and guide candidates through the interview process.
Represent EliseAI’s technical brand and value proposition effectively to passive candidates.
Ensure our ATS is up to date and use data-driven insights to optimize recruiting performance.
Contribute to improving recruiting processes, tools, and strategies based on data and feedback from the team.
Support additional recruiting initiatives and projects as needed.
