Key Responsibilities
Coordinate end-to-end onboarding including background checks, paperwork, I-9 verification, and travel arrangements.
Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
Manage and update new hire training materials and live sessions within the LMS and in person.
Collaborate with IT to ensure system access and conduct laptop setup sessions for new employees.
Identify and automate manual, repetitive workflows across the people function using AI tools and workflow platforms.
Build and maintain trackers, dashboards, and reporting tools to keep the team data-informed.
Manage HRIS transactions including new hire profiles, status changes, and offboarding.
Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, and organizational charts.
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements, including wage rate notices and labor law postings.
Support immigration processes and documentation for candidates and employees.
Serve as the first point of contact for employee questions regarding HR policies and benefits.
Support managers with performance review cycles, promotion documentation, and role changes.
Manage company swag inventory and coordinate employee recognition efforts.
