HFM seeks a Trading Platforms Enterprise Infrastructure Architect to define the target architecture for MT4/MT5 trading platforms, covering hosting, high availability, and upgrades. Responsibilities include owning the platform roadmap, establishing infrastructure best practices, and leading modernization efforts. Requires 10+ years of infrastructure experience, including MT4/MT5 server estates at a broker, and deep knowledge of Windows Server administration and high availability design.
Key Highlights
Define and own the target architecture and roadmap for MT4/MT5 trading platforms.
Establish infrastructure best practices for hosting, high availability, failover, and disaster recovery.
Lead modernization initiatives, including containerizing Windows workloads on Kubernetes/EKS.
Key Responsibilities
Own trading-platform target architecture and the roadmap, including server topology, sizing, capacity and hosting on premises and in AWS.
Own high-availability, failover and disaster-recovery design for trading servers.
Set platform administration standards, configuration baselines, trading-server access and change practices.
Own upgrade, test and release architecture aligned with MetaQuotes release cycles so changes are validated, repeatable and reversible.
Lead modernization, including containerizing suitable Windows workloads onto Kubernetes / Amazon EKS.
Prototype and validate infrastructure patterns hands-on, and train the Platform Admin team.
Collaborate with architects, engineering teams and stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust, scalable solutions.
