Partner directly with the CEO and leadership team to shape EverAI as it grows from 100 to 100+ employees.
Fully remote role with flexible B2B contract, €50K-€85K compensation, and a strong benefits package.
Key Responsibilities
Map and engage elite global talent from Tier 1 tech hubs through proactive outreach and strong networking.
Implement and support an AI-first recruitment stack using AI agents and unconventional channels for smart sourcing.
Maintain long-term relationships with passive talent to stay ahead of scaling hiring needs.
Own the candidate journey from first discovery call to final close, ensuring a clear, respectful, high-quality experience.
Conduct structured interviews to assess technical aptitude and cultural alignment, and provide actionable summaries.
Collaborate with Founders and Team Leads to improve hiring workflows and strengthen operations.
Contribute to employer branding initiatives and content to position EverAI as a top destination for AI talent.
