Key Responsibilities
Independently manage the end-to-end recruitment process for high-volume frontline, technical, specialist, and manager-level Fleet Operations roles.
Build representative candidate pipelines through direct sourcing and a range of attraction channels.
Partner with hiring managers and Directors to provide guidance on role definition, assessment, market conditions, and closing strategies.
Deliver an inclusive, transparent, and well-managed candidate experience, supporting hiring teams with structured interviewing and timely feedback.
Use recruitment data and market intelligence to monitor progress, highlight risks, and improve funnel performance.
Partner across Talent Acquisition, People, Finance, and Fleet Operations on workforce planning, employer branding, and process improvements.
