Key Responsibilities
Act as the initial point of contact for Workplace Technology issues, providing timely 1st- and 2nd-line resolution.
Manage the identity lifecycle, including creating, modifying, and deactivating user accounts across Entra ID and connected systems.
Own the joiner, mover, and leaver lifecycle, provisioning access and equipment for new starters and handling departures.
Perform regular maintenance, updates, and repairs on laptops, desktops, and other user-related hardware.
Assist users with software installation, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
Administer user access across core SaaS and operational applications, including Salesforce and the claims platform.
Manage the modern endpoint estate through Microsoft Intune, including device enrolment and application deployment.
Administer and support the Citrix virtual desktop environment, including session hosts and profile management.
Administer the Microsoft 365 tenant, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
Help users with network connectivity issues, including Wi-Fi, VPN, and LAN configurations.
Maintain accurate records, documentation, and inventories related to hardware, software, and user access.
