Key Responsibilities
Manage the engineering team, including hiring, coaching, performance reviews, and growth path planning.
Design and implement the isolation layer using microVMs or containers, namespaces, cgroups, seccomp, and snapshot/restore mechanisms.
Own the security boundary for customer‑run code, ensuring safe execution in isolated environments.
Scale the isolation solution to support thousands of concurrent environments with low latency and high density.
Write production‑grade Go code and make key architectural decisions for the platform.
Set engineering standards, promote ownership, and mentor engineers to exceed their comfort zones.
Partner with Product Managers to translate frontier research needs into shippable primitives.
