Key Responsibilities
Verify quality and system readiness for handover to operations.
Characterise and validate multi‑discipline systems spanning RF, power, electronics and software.
Identify system weaknesses and plan mitigation actions rather than merely logging defects.
Collaborate with hardware, RF, firmware, FPGA and software development teams to resolve configuration issues.
Generate bills of materials, conduct first‑article inspections and stand by production to resolve manufacturing issues.
Work with operations on product handover and long‑term support.
