Key Highlights
End-to-end onboarding for new hires, including pre-boarding coordination, paperwork, and system access setup
Automation and process improvement across HR operations using AI tools and workflow platforms
Support for employee relations, compensation/benefits administration, and cross-functional HR projects
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate end-to-end onboarding for new hires, including background checks, paperwork, I-9 verification, and travel arrangements
Automate and streamline HR workflows using AI tools and workflow platforms to improve scalability and efficiency
Manage HRIS transactions, employee records, and compliance documentation (e.g., wage notices, harassment prevention training)
Support employee relations, compensation/benefits administration, and performance management cycles
Collaborate with IT to ensure new hires have proper system access and conduct laptop setup sessions
Build and maintain trackers, dashboards, and reporting tools for HR data integrity and process tracking
