Key Responsibilities
Own the full recruiting lifecycle, including sourcing, outreach, candidate engagement, qualification, and activation.
Identify and recruit exceptional finance professionals across investment banking, private equity, hedge funds, and consulting.
Develop and maintain a high-quality pipeline of specialized finance experts.
