Key Responsibilities
Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of GRC frameworks, policies, procedures, and internal controls.
Review existing processes and controls, identify compliance gaps, and recommend practical improvements.
Perform risk assessments covering internal processes, infrastructure, applications, and third-party vendors.
Assess security, privacy, and compliance risks associated with new tools, systems, and technologies, and support mitigation activities.
Support internal and external audits, including SOX ITGC, ISO 27001/27017/27032, TISAX, and SOC 1, including audit preparation and control testing.
Prepare responses to customer security and compliance questionnaires and support customer due diligence requests and audits.
Collaborate with IT, Security, Engineering, Legal, Procurement, and business teams on GRC-related activities.
Maintain accurate documentation, track open action items, and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion.
