Define the product vision and roadmap for the perception software stack of uncrewed combat aerial vehicles. Lead the development of EO/IR and RF sensor processing, data fusion, and perception-based navigation. Requires experience shipping sensing or fusion capabilities in aerospace, defence, or robotics.

Bridge the gap between operational users, AI engineers, and flight test teams
Key Responsibilities
Own the product strategy and roadmap for airborne perception, including EO/IR and RF sensor processing and situational awareness
Translate operational needs and customer requirements into product requirements, measurable KPIs, and acceptance criteria
Collaborate with perception, fusion, autonomy, and navigation engineers to resolve architecture-level trade-offs
Define how perception outputs and the common operating picture serve mission autonomy and human operators
Partner with systems engineering, flight test, and safety teams to shape test and evidence strategies
Shape the perception data strategy with ML infrastructure teams for collection and simulation
Engage directly with customers and operational users to gather feedback and run demonstrations

Expertise in military aviation, ISR, or electronic warfare
Understanding of tactical data links and NATO standards (e.g., Link 16)
