Key Responsibilities
Maintain and administer Microsoft-based networks, systems, and cloud environments (Azure, Windows Server, Hyper-V, etc.)
Provide onsite and remote technical guidance to clients, supporting their entire Microsoft technology stack
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, network, and system issues, including escalations
Implement system and network security measures (e.g., OS updates, patching, PKI/Certificate Infrastructure)
Configure, test, and optimize hardware, networking software, and operating systems for performance and reliability
Analyze system performance to determine repairs, replacements, or upgrades and recommend improvements
Perform data backups and disaster recovery operations across cloud and on-premises environments
Assist with incident, problem, and change management processes and documentation
Manage day-to-day administration, support, maintenance, and monitoring of Microsoft technologies
