Key Responsibilities
Serve as the go-to People Partner for US Account Executives, Channel, and Sales Enablement teams
Coach managers on team and individual situations including ramp-up, performance, and exits
Ensure performance reviews happen and performance is actively managed
Handle employee relations with a fair, documented process compliant with US and French labor law
Own the accuracy of US payroll end to end through the PEO (Justworks)
Run open enrollment and manage health, dental, vision, and retirement programs
Administer federal and state leave programs and track evolving employment law in all relevant states
Support compensation benchmarking and pay equity
Own onboarding and offboarding processes aligned with global standards
Coordinate with outside immigration counsel on US visa sponsorship and cross-border moves
