Key Responsibilities
Own and design the technical architecture for Helsing’s corporate IT estate, including identity, endpoints, networking, and cloud environments
Build and maintain IT tooling (Terraform modules, CI/CD pipelines, secrets management, and end-to-end testing)
Scope, plan, and lead major IT projects (e.g., office/production site builds, identity/device management, cloud-hosted or air-gapped environments)
Act as the senior technical escalation point for IT Support and IT Engineering, resolving critical issues hands-on
Mentor engineers to foster a code-first, repeatable, and auditable engineering culture
Technical Skills Required
Microsoft 365 and Entra ID (including Conditional Access, SSO, and identity lifecycle)
Enterprise networking and Zero Trust architecture
DevOps practices (Git workflows, CI/CD, secrets management, code review)
