Key Responsibilities
Act as a specialist advisor to business leaders and employees globally, driving talent, performance, engagement, and organizational effectiveness initiatives
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer preparation, onboarding, and orientation
Administer and support the performance management process, including calibration, promotion, and compensation discussions
Develop and deliver employee engagement and learning initiatives, such as Lunch & Learn sessions and wellness programs
Conduct job evaluations, market benchmarking, and compensation reviews to ensure fair and competitive pay structures
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop HR policies, employee communications, and DEI initiatives
Maintain accurate employee records on BambooHR and ensure regulatory compliance with legal requirements
Analyze trends and metrics to develop HR programs and policies that support business growth
Technical Skills Required
