Job Title: HR Manager, LNG Canada Project
Location: Prince George, BC
About The Role
Our client is an EPC looking for an HR Manager for its LNG Canada project. This role acts as the HR point of contact for the project; spanning the Prince George office and 5–6 construction sites totaling ~140 employees. This person will be the link between the project's day-to-day HR needs and the corporate HR team in Calgary/US, allowing project and construction leadership to focus on delivery while their people are fully supported.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the project HR Manager and primary HR contact for ~140 employees across multiple construction sites and the Prince George office
- Coordinate and supervise ~5–6 site administrators, ensuring delivery of onboarding, time entry, registries, and workforce administration across all sites
- Oversee accurate time entries and record-keeping for all site-based and office employees; resolve day-to-day employee needs and questions
- Support onboarding for local hires and expats, coordinating immigration/mobilization processes with the Calgary HR team
- Travel to construction sites as needed to maintain visibility with site leaders, administrators, and ensure coverage
- Partner with project and construction management as the HR "filter," escalating to corporate HR only where required
- Ensure completion of mandatory site safety and training requirements in coordination with the project HSE team

- 6-8 years of HR generalist experience on large industrial/construction projects (LNG, oil & gas, or pipeline); or completion of 2-3 relevant projects
- Demonstrated multi-site, remote-location HR support (managing several sites concurrently)
- 6-8 years of supervisory/managerial experience leading small HR/administrative teams
- Fluency in Canadian construction-site operations; rotations, contract types, pay structures, and site safety
- Willing and able to be based in Prince George (relocation supported)
- Contractor-side / EPC background with a global project contractor
- Experience supporting an expat/international-assignee workforce
- Indigenous relations experience in BC / Western Canada
- CPHR designation (SHRM-SCP an asset)

Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $130000.00/yr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
