Build production-grade AI workflows for HR, security, finance, and GTM automation
Work directly with founders to solve cross-functional challenges and scale Retell’s AI systems
Key Responsibilities
Build AI systems for HR & recruiting, including resume parsing, lead scoring, and candidate engagement workflows
Automate security and compliance workflows (e.g., BAA/DPAs, contract reviews, and audit processes)
Design operational infrastructure tools for finance (AR automation), customer onboarding, and enterprise readiness
Integrate with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and build LLM-powered systems using OpenAI, Gemini, and Claude
Develop GTM automation for sales, marketing, and customer retention (e.g., HubSpot/Lark workflows, email personalization)
