Partner across Validation, Data Science, and Product to improve measurement and metrics.
Key Responsibilities
Lead analysis of model and autonomous‑vehicle performance data and translate findings into clear engineering recommendations.
Investigate performance issues using statistical methods and improve metrics, test coverage, and scoring logic.
Define and build habits, tooling, and workflows for deeper evaluation data analysis.
Identify blind spots and gaps in simulation and offline metrics to enhance driving performance measurement.
Analyze on‑road release‑test findings, assess offline test coverage, and expand evaluation scope.
Perform experiment analysis and apply A/B testing to provide data‑driven promotion recommendations.
Partner with Data Science and Validation teams to define and maintain evaluation methods and ground truth.
Support partner‑facing quality investigations by quantifying and tracking OEM QA issues.
Document findings and recommendations to ensure issues are resolved within the weekly release cadence.
