Key Responsibilities
Define and own the L4 robotaxi product strategy and roadmap for Japan, prioritizing rider-centric features and market readiness
Lead cross-functional working groups to deliver core launches (2026), collaborating with AI, engineering, HMI, systems, and operations teams
Serve as the voice of the Japanese customer, gathering and prioritizing rider/partner feedback while designing technical solutions
Ensure launch readiness by integrating with partners (e.g., Uber, Nissan), validating AI driver performance, and mitigating risks
Monitor and drive decisions using real-time data/metrics, resolving bugs, and shipping features across AI, software, hardware, and policy domains
Operate independently to identify gaps and execute cross-disciplinary solutions without narrow feature ownership
