End-to-end ownership of Parking features (Park Distance Control, Rear-AEB, Auto-Park Assist, Remote Park Assist, Memory Parking) from concept to production
Collaborate with OEM customers to align requirements with Wayve’s product strategy and automotive safety/compliance standards (ASPICE, SOTIF, NCAP)
Technical leadership in sensor integration (ultrasonic sensors, surround-view cameras) and hardware-software trade-offs for resource-constrained automotive SoCs
Key Responsibilities
Define and own feature scope, specifications, and performance targets for Parking functionalities in partnership with OEMs and engineering teams
Lead integration and issue resolution across Parking sensor stacks (ultrasonic sensors, surround-view cameras) and hardware-software interfaces
Partner with systems, perception, platform, and safety teams to shape sensor/compute architecture and resolve sensor-specific performance issues
Manage cross-functional alignment, risk identification, and trade-off resolution while ensuring compliance with automotive quality/safety standards
Support testing, evaluation, and validation activities to ensure feature readiness for large-scale automotive production
Harmonize customer requirements across OEM partners to maximize reusable assets and scalable feature delivery
Participate in agile planning and delivery rituals to manage dependencies, risks, and priorities effectively
