Lead and scale up a high efficient team from 5 to up to 15 people within the next 4 years
Plan operation shifts, including external partners
Document (internal wiki) and train our processes
Develop ideas for further automation
Act as interface to other departments and mange escalations
Report directly to Head of Cloud Solutions
The main tasks of your team are
Monitor >500 cloud installations and multi-tenant services
Solve technical incidents and involve our Second Level Service Operation, R&D and Hosting Partners if needed
Manage updates and release changes for > 500 cloud installations
Deployment of new installations and services
Configure technical interfaces to our cloud services with our customers and implementation partner
Qualifications
5 to 10 years of experience in building, leading, motivating teams
Strong attitude to optimize and atomize processes (. ITEL)
Experience in operation and administration of SaaS solutions deployed in public cloud
Know-how and experience in the area of network technology and identity management
Linux know-how and experience
Fluent English, German language is a plus
