Key Responsibilities
Own security engineering end-to-end across application, infrastructure, and incident response
Partner with product and platform teams during design and ship security automation in production
Lead high-quality incident response when security issues arise
Define security practices in a greenfield modern bank environment
Enforce SSDLC that codifies security goals across EU-live and US launch-critical services
Stand up an AI-native product-security review pipeline that auto-triages findings and proposes fixes
Expand baseline coverage to 85% or more of Tier-1 services for workload identity hardening, secret management, and runtime audit logging
Drive remediation to closure with clear risk tradeoffs
Influence architecture decisions through fast, lightweight risk reviews and pragmatic controls
Write production-grade code or infrastructure changes for security implementations
