Join VC3’s NOC team as an Entry-Level NOC Analyst to monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain network and system performance during evening/overnight shifts. Fully remote role with evening/overnight shift hours (6 PM - 3 AM EST)

Responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and documenting network/system performance
Key Responsibilities
Monitor network and system performance using tools like ConnectWise, OpenDNS, Kaseya VSA, and PRTG
Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate network/system issues while maintaining uptime and SLAs
Perform basic system/network configurations, deployments, and maintain accurate documentation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve incidents and implement solutions
Participate in on-call rotation and respond to after-hours incidents as needed
