Support the administration, analysis, and continuous improvement of compensation programs and policies for ERMCO. Partner with HR and business leaders to maintain competitive pay practices, conduct market pricing evaluations, and ensure regulatory compliance. Requires a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years of compensation experience, and expert-level Excel and data visualization skills.

Key Highlights
Remote role available in specific US states (AZ, FL, GA, IL, KS, NC, NE, MI, MA, SD, TN, TX, WI, WY)
Relocation assistance provided for candidates moving to eligible states
Supports compensation planning and compliance for US, Canada, and Mexico
Key Responsibilities
Provide compensation recommendations based on internal equity, external market competitiveness, and existing salary ranges
Conduct day-to-day compensation evaluations including promotions, market adjustments, lateral adjustments, and new hire recommendations
Assist in maintaining salary structures via annual compensation study
Support aspects of the annual compensation process for the US, Canada, and Mexico
Ensure compensation programs and practices comply with applicable federal, state, and local regulations
Maintain compensation guidelines, procedures, and documentation
Monitor compensation trends and industry practices and provide recommendations for continuous improvement
Support compensation related communications by creating content, presentations, and supporting materials
Support compensation survey participation and maintain relationships with survey vendors
Perform job audits in system to ensure compensation criteria is up to date and accurate
Handle ad hoc analytics requests
