Key Responsibilities
Monitor and evaluate the performance of compressors, engines, turbines, control systems, and supporting equipment.
Analyze equipment performance, condition, and failure data to identify potential issues before they result in outages.
Develop strategies to improve equipment reliability, uptime, efficiency, and overall performance.
Lead and participate in root cause investigations following equipment failures and recommend corrective actions.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, controls, and equipment performance issues alongside operations and maintenance teams.
Conduct field visits to investigate failures, verify equipment performance, and provide hands-on technical support.
Support equipment specification, evaluation, installation, testing, commissioning, and startup.
Lead or participate in reliability and efficiency improvement projects across compressor station assets.
Collaborate with operations, maintenance, controls, IT, and other engineering disciplines to improve asset performance.
Develop technical reports, engineering studies, equipment specifications, maintenance strategies, and project documentation.

Nice to Have
3+ years of experience with PLC programming, SCADA, and/or industrial automation systems
Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) certificate

Familiarity with natural gas transmission regulations and industry standards
Understanding of machinery analysis and reliability techniques
Exposure to mechanical, electrical, controls, or design engineering
Experience supporting pipeline or other industrial equipment systems
