GSR is seeking a Senior Rust Engineer to design and build core components of our low latency crypto trading platform. You will work on market data distribution, order placement, trade and balance management, and self-service analytics APIs. Requires 7+ years in fintech, Rust or C++ expertise, and experience building low latency distributed systems.

Key Responsibilities
Design and build core components of GSR's low latency trading platform in Rust
Maintain data quality, cataloguing, and provenance tracing across the platform
Build APIs and services that deliver analytics data to users in a self-service form
Build and maintain trading platform functionality across market connectivity, order placement, and trade and balance management
Improve existing market connectivity and trading infrastructure
Partner with quants, traders, operations and engineering to prioritise and deliver solutions that drive business outcomes
Contribute hands-on development within a multiregional team of five on production-critical systems
