Key Responsibilities
Own the day-to-day performance and technical health of IFM's website
Work closely with the Social Media Manager and Content Marketing and Editorial Manager to provide visual and graphic design support to IFM's owned channel content
Monitor site speed, security, accessibility and SEO best practices
Create, design and produce graphics, diagrams, and infographics that translate complex research/technical concepts into clear visuals
Produce short-form video content (editing, motion graphics, social/promo clips) as needed
Track and report on website analytics (traffic, engagement, conversion, etc.)
Partner closely with IFM's external design agency throughout their engagement
Own IFM's visual language, ensuring it stays coherent over time
