Key Responsibilities

Own the full QA lifecycle for JustPlay’s app and platform features, including test planning, execution, reporting, and defect management.

Foster a strong quality culture by embedding QA best practices early in the release cycle.

Drive innovation through AI-driven testing and predictive approaches to reduce manual effort.

Design and maintain comprehensive test plans and automated suites for key user flows.

Lead, mentor, and scale the QA team by setting up clear processes and code quality standards.

Implement automation and regression testing strategies using mobile frameworks.

Use contract testing to validate backend and service integrations.

Apply performance and reliability testing across mobile platforms.
