We're hiring a Staff Platform Engineer to work across DevOps and platform security on a core SaaS product that handles $3B in annual premium billings across a network of nearly 400,000 agents. Real scale, real impact, and a platform sitting right at the centre of US health insurance distribution.

What you'll do:

• Own CI/CD pipelines across multiple environments
• Build automation, monitoring and infrastructure as code
• Keep highly available, fault-tolerant systems running at scale
• Work on security-focused projects across the platform
• Share in an on-call rotation with the wider engineering team

What we're looking for:

• Experience deploying and maintaining HA, fault-tolerant systems, ideally in SaaS

• AWS (IAM, EC2, VPC, ELB/ALB, autoscaling)
• CI/CD (Jenkins or similar), Git, infrastructure as code
• A habit of automating the repetitive (PowerShell, Bash)
• Secure development know-how (OWASP), plus exposure to PCI or HIPAA assessments
• Windows Server, IIS and MS SQL Server
• Comfortable working autonomously in a decentralised, remote team
