## About the Role

We are seeking an HR Data Analyst to help advance a data-driven organization through business-focused analytics, data visualization, and insight generation. This remote role will work across business functions, platforms, and operations to support data-informed decision-making and strengthen a data-first culture.

The role goes beyond traditional historical reporting to explore predictive and preventative analytics at scale once foundational reporting is established. The position focuses on analytics, visualization, modeling, experimentation, and data storytelling rather than data engineering or ETL.

## Key Responsibilities

* Deliver actionable insights through compelling Power BI data visualizations to key business functions.

* Develop cohesive business architecture stories across functions using design-thinking approaches.

* Demonstrate analytical possibilities through rapid prototyping and data storytelling.

* Build analytical models and design experiments to uncover meaningful insights and patterns.

* Analyze complex structured, semi-structured, and unstructured datasets.

* Translate data into insights that support business decisions and strengthen a data-first culture.

* Participate in defining data strategy and its execution roadmap.

* Collaborate with product partners to help develop the organization's digital data fabric.

* Work within a data factory model to support analytics capabilities across business functions.

* Collaborate with vendors to scale and maintain the analytics environment.

* Support the evolution from historical reporting toward predictive and preventative analytics.

## Required Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.

* Minimum 5 years of related experience.

* Extensive experience with data visualization.

* Experience working with Power BI and/or Tableau.

* CPG industry knowledge is required.

* Ability to work effectively in a complex, cross-functional, and fast-paced organization.

* Excellent communication skills.

* Ability to present analytical ideas, findings, and insights to business stakeholders.

## Preferred Qualifications

* Educational or professional focus in data visualization.

* Strong experience with Power BI.

* Experience with Tableau.

* Experience with predictive or preventative analytics.

* Experience with analytical modeling and experimentation.

* Experience working with structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data.
