About The Role

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience in full-cycle technical recruiting, preferably in startups or high-growth organizations
  • Strong sourcing skills with experience using various channels including social media, networking, and recruiting tools
  • Exceptional ability to build relationships and engage with hard-to-reach talent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs
  • Experience with recruiting metrics and data-driven decision making
  • Knowledge of engineering, manufacturing, and technical roles is a plus
  • Willingness to relocate to Rhode Island or travel regularly to company headquarters and recruiting events
