The Field HR Administrator serves as the on-site HR liaison for field operations, supporting project teams with HR functions including timekeeping, recruiting, onboarding, compliance, and employee relations. This role ensures seamless HR operations at job sites while maintaining data accuracy, fostering employee engagement, and adhering to company policies. Requires strong organizational skills, bilingual proficiency (Spanish/Creole), and experience in administrative or HR support roles.

Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary HR point of contact for job sites, supporting Project Managers and Superintendents with operational and administrative needs
Manage timekeeping for hourly team members, including validation of hours, payroll inquiries, and discrepancy resolution
Support recruiting efforts by sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for field positions while building community partnerships
Handle onboarding tasks such as drug testing coordination, Workday employer actions, and new hire preparations
Process offboarding, including terminations, documentation, and compliance adherence while escalating concerns to HR Business Partners
Ensure HR compliance with company policies, labor laws, and safety regulations while mitigating risks
Maintain accurate HR data and generate reports for programs like IRA, MV Travelers, and Warranty/MC4 claims
Administer system processes for hourly team members, including transfers, promotions, and pay adjustments in Workday and TCP
Support DOT and Orange Vest programs, including applications, inventory management, and employee transitions
Technical Skills Required
HR Systems (Workday, TCP) Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel) Employee Relations & Compliance
