The Role
We are looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to join a small, high-ownership engineering team.
You’ll build the user experiences behind a rapidly scaling voice AI platform, including customer-facing tools, dashboards, analytics, and prompt-management experiences.
This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who is genuinely strong in React and TypeScript, comfortable owning frontend architecture, and excited by the speed and intensity of an early-stage startup.
What You'll Do
- Build and ship React-heavy frontend features end-to-end, including dashboards, analytics, prompt management, and customer-facing tooling.
- Write high-quality, production-grade React and TypeScript code independently.
- Collaborate closely with backend, full-stack, and frontend-focused engineers.
- Own frontend architecture decisions and help establish technical standards as the product scales.
- Work directly with customers during onboarding and debugging.
- Translate customer feedback into product and UX improvements.
- Rapidly iterate and ship in a high-growth startup environment.

What We're Looking For
Core Requirements
- 3–7 years of professional frontend engineering experience.
- Currently, or very recently, a hands-on frontend engineer working extensively with React.
- Expert-level React ability and the ability to code independently without relying on AI assistance.
- Production experience with TypeScript and Node.js.
- Experience working at a well-known technology company and/or high-growth venture-backed startup.
- Strong computer science and software engineering fundamentals.
- Comfortable working in a highly demanding, fast-paced startup environment.
- Able and willing to work primarily on-site in Redwood City, CA.
