Key Responsibilities

Develop scalable and production-ready backend applications and services.

Build RESTful APIs and backend services using modern software engineering practices.

Work with relational and NoSQL databases, including SQL-based data management.

Apply object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles to solve technical problems.

Write clean, efficient, maintainable, and reusable code.

Conduct unit testing, integration testing, debugging, and performance optimization.

Participate in code reviews and follow software development best practices.

Collaborate within Agile/Scrum teams throughout the software development lifecycle, including design, implementation, testing, deployment, and optimization.

Create and maintain technical documentation for applications, APIs, and deployment procedures.

Support production deployment, monitoring/observability, CI/CD, security, and performance optimization.

Transition and apply existing programming experience to Java-based enterprise backend development.

Develop AI-powered features and applications using modern Generative AI technologies.

Implement RAG pipelines and LLM-powered applications.

Integrate AI models and services into backend applications and APIs.

Work with frameworks such as Spring AI and LangChain4j.

Work with vector databases and AI-related data retrieval technologies.

Apply concepts such as embeddings, chunking, retrieval optimization, and reranking.

Stay current with emerging Generative AI, LLM, and Agentic AI technologies.
