The Role: Senior Designer / UX/UI Specialist
As our first designer hire, you’ll be:
- Solely responsible for the product UX and UI
- Working closely with the founders, a month ahead of product development
- Conceptualizing and designing our next set of groundbreaking features
- Crafting intuitive interfaces for a complex AI-driven marketing tool that feels like a digital coworker, not just another SaaS
- Shaping the visual identity of a product that’s revolutionizing an industry
- Thinking way outside the box to create a user experience that embodies the concept of a ‘Service as Software’ and a true digital employee
You’ve Got What It Takes If:
We’re not just building another tool – we’re creating a digital marketing employee. We’re looking for a visionary who:
- Sees the gigantic potential of AI but understands it will only break through if it’s exceptionally easy to use
- Can reimagine and replace old processes in a disruptive way
- Gets pleasure from diving into the details and perfecting every aspect of the design
- Is pragmatic enough to build not only product design (85%), but also all customer touchpoints - even advertisements (15%), emails, and banners
- Can translate complex AI capabilities into intuitive, human-like interactions
- Has the ability to explain WHY something works better, not just how it looks better
- Has a critical eye for existing products and can identify areas for improvement
You should have:
- A stellar portfolio showcasing your UX/UI expertise, especially projects that pushed boundaries
- Experience in designing for web applications and SaaS products
- A passion for AI and its potential in marketing
- The ability to balance aesthetics with functionality in your designs
- Comfort in working independently and taking ownership of the entire design process
- A knack for thriving in fast-paced, innovative environments
- Excitement about redefining what ‘user interface’ means for an AI entity
